I can also offer ad hoc appointments at the Happy Body Project in Wilstead, or occasional home visits in Central Bedfordshire. If you would like to book an appointment for another time or location please email me.
What to expect
Your first appointment:
Your first appointment with me will be 90 minutes long, providing us with enough time to have an in-depth discussion about your reason for coming to see me, your health history and lifestyle.
I will then plan a bespoke treatment for you, with the treatment itself lasting roughly 30 minutes.
Advice:
Have a light snack or meal an hour or two before your appointment.

Wear loose clothing that can be pushed up above your elbows and knees – this can reduce the need to remove clothing entirely. However towels will be provided to cover you, so don’t worry if you’re wearing something different.

Following your appointment drink plenty of water, and avoid vigorous exercise and alcohol. You may feel a little tired or sleepy afterwards – please be aware of this if you are planning on driving or operating heavy machinery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please give 48 hours’ notice, to give me time to book another patient in. Cancelling within the 48 hour window will incur the full appointment fee.
